The
Electoral Roll
Once in 6 years the Electoral Roll of each Parish Church is
dissolved and the formation of a new Electoral Roll is
undertaken.
Membership of the Electoral Roll is the formal way for you to be
a Church member with regard to the business side of the Church.
This entitles you to attend the Annual Parochial Church Meeting
and which entitles you to take part in its proceedings.
There is no cost involved in having your name on the Electoral
Roll, but there is a criterion which is explained on the form.
Electoral Roll forms are available on the table where the
refreshments are served.
Please complete a form if you want to be on the Electoral
Roll and place your completed form in the box made available on
the same table.
If you would like further information please speak with me, or
if I am not available speak with Father Leonard or Bron who is
the PCC Secretary.
The closing date for you to return your completed form is
Sunday March 31, 2013. Tina Burgess Electoral Roll

Easter flowers
Each year the church is decorated with flowers for Maundy
Thursday and Easter Sunday. To assist with the cost of the
flowers we are this year inviting people to make a monetary
donation which has been given the title “donate a Lily”. Lilies
in memory of your loved ones will then be purchased and used in
the flower arrangements for Maundy Thursday and Easter day.
Please speak with Churchwarden Christine if you would
like further information.
Christian Aid
In support of Christian Aid there will be a coffee morning /
bring & buy sale here in the Church on May 18, 2013, between
10am – 12noon.
Donations of cakes, which always sell well, will be welcome.
Please speak with Karen Compton for further details.
[If you don’t know Karen, please speak with the
Churchwardens who will introduce you.]
